Case Worker AOD (Roma) – ProCare Australia

The Case Worker position is a full-time based role based in Roma, QLD centered on delivering and providing structured and intensive support to individuals aged 18 and above facing moderate to severe substance dependence. From intake and assessment to discharge planning and post-treatment support, you’ll be involved in every step of the client’s journey towards recovery.

The position is funded until 30th of June 2025 with possibility of extension. The role is not limited to those based in Roma (a $10,000 relocation incentive may be available to eligible and suitable applicants).
