All organisations delivering residential care services in Queensland will soon be asked to nominate a ‘Team Leader’ within their organisation to work with us in managing and coordinating the enrolment of their residential care workers in the Hope and Healing e-learning program. As explained in the A Milestone Event in the History of Residential Care video, the Team Leaders (referred to as system coordinators in the video) will play a critical role in ensuring all residential care workers are enrolled and in monitoring their progress through the modules. A description of the role will be sent to all organisations delivering residential care providers along with the request to forward their nominations.
