The Queensland Day Sponsorship Program program encourages Queenslanders to celebrate Queensland Day on 6th June in a way that reflects the unique culture, heritage and aspirations of their own community. Funding of up to $10,000 is available for a limited number of events that raise community awareness of Queensland Day, encourage community engagement, contribute to a statewide program of diverse community celebrations, promote social, cultural and economic benefit to the community, and/or showcase local or Queensland entertainers, produce or icons.
