PeakCare AGM to be held on Monday, 26th April

After having to postpone our Annual General Meeting (AGM) due to the recent lockdown, PeakCare is pleased to announce that this important event will now be held on Monday 26th April 2021, from 5.30 to 6.30pm via ‘Zoom’. As previously advised, PeakCare is separating the AGM and our Awards Ceremony and will be now hosting them as distinct events.

As you are no doubt aware by now, this year’s AGM will feature an announcement of the results of the election of Board Members. With eight candidates standing for election to five vacated positions on the Board, this is a very important election and PeakCare strongly encourages all our Member organisations to carefully consider the Election Statements produced by the candidates and the particular contributions each may be able to make to the sound governance and strategic directions of PeakCare.

Voting Delegates will soon be receiving easy-to-follow instructions about how to confidentially cast their votes from GoVote, the company engaged by PeakCare to administer the on-line voting system that we will be using this year.

Voting Delegates, current Members of the Board, the candidates standing for election as well as some invited guests will also soon be receiving their invitations to attend the AGM with advice provided about how to register their attendance. Voting Delegates will be encouraged to forward their invitations on to colleagues and other staff within their organisations who will also be welcome to attend.

Stay tuned for more information about the re-scheduling of the much-anticipated Awards Ceremony. COVID has not dampened our enthusiasm about hosting this night of celebration when we once again gather to applaud and pay our respects to not only all who will receive Awards but also those nominated for Awards in recognition of their outstanding contributions.
