Professionals in the human and community services sectors often work with clients who receive multiple services, so it is important to be able to identify the client’s needs and engage an effective case management process.

Contemporary practices suggest that case note writing and recording is vital to the case process. Given that case note writing fits within a legal and ethical process, it requires the writer to have a specific set of skills, knowledge and competencies.

This training explores the importance of case note writing and recording, best practice principles and takes participants through a range of scenarios and case studies in which to develop best practice writing skills. Participants will also learn Amovita’s exclusive REASON Case Note Writing Framework.

This training presentation focuses on six principles of case note and report writing, including:
